The service
Mortise lets you monitor broken links on websites you own or are authorized to crawl. You must complete ownership verification before crawls run. Misuse (crawling sites without permission, attacking infrastructure, or bypassing verification) is forbidden and may end in account closure.
Plans and billing
Free and Pro limits are listed on the pricing page and must match Creem. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Cancel anytime via the customer portal; access returns to Free when the subscription ends.
Availability
Crawls are best-effort. Outbound fetch budgets, robots.txt, and remote site behavior can limit coverage. Mortise does not guarantee discovery of every link or zero false classifications.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Litework is not liable for lost revenue, SEO impact, or damages arising from missed or incorrect alerts, to the extent permitted by law.
