What we store

• Account email and a hashed password
• Verified site host, start URL, and verification token
• Link URLs, HTTP status classifications, and transition events (not page HTML bodies)
• Optional webhook URL (Pro)
• Billing customer id from Creem when you subscribe (we do not store card numbers)

Where and how long

Data lives on the Litework VPS that also runs SignalWatch, in a Mortise SQLite database. Free accounts keep event history for 14 days; Pro for 180 days. Application logs are retained about 14 days. Daily database snapshots are kept for 7 days for recovery.

What we crawl

Only hosts you verify. We honor robots.txt, refuse private and metadata IP ranges, and discard response bodies after extracting links and status codes.

Processors

Creem is merchant of record for payments. If email alerts are enabled, Resend delivers those messages. We do not sell personal data.

Your controls

Delete a site from the dashboard to remove its crawl data. Email [email protected] to close an account. Cancel Pro in the Creem customer portal.
